You can publish your Office Outlook 2007 standard calendar on Microsoft Office Online and determine who can access the calendar on Office Online.
You register a free Windows Live ID Account:

After that please click Register on the top left.
Then you will find help in the navigation area of Outlook (column on the left side of the Outlook-window) how to release the calendar for designated users and how to limit the access and the rights. The user has to register a Windows Live ID account as well.
