How can I activate / deactivate the call diversion on my fixed-line phone, Apple iPhone, BlackBerry, Nokia mobile phone?

When your fixed-line telephone is not part of a telephone system, please proceed as stated below:

Activate your call diversion:

  • Lift the receiver and await dial tone
  • Press * button
  • Dial 21
  • Press * button
  • Dial target telephone number
  • Press # button
  • Await signal and hang up

You can test the call diversion by calling yourself from another line (e.g. mobile phone).

Deactivate your call diversion:

  • Lift the receiver and await dial tone
  • Press # button
  • Dial 21
  • Press # button
  • Await signal and hang up

When your telephone is part of a telephone system, please consult your manual.

You can also activate / deactivate the call diversion for your telephone line from any other telephone line or via the internet. Please contact your provider.


When you want to divert your Apple iPhone to us:

**21*target number#
This code allows to save a call diversion number and diverts all incoming calls to the telephone number when required.

*21#
This code activates the absolute call diversion function.

#21#
This code deactivates the absolute call diversion function.


The call diversion for BlackBerry is as follows:

Press green button to access the phone menu

Press menu button: choose sub menu “options“

Choose sub menu call diversion

Message: wait for net

Click options:

"Divert all calls“

Or unanswered calls

- when engaged

- when no answer

- when unreachable

Enter particular target number.

Deactivate BlackBerry call diversion:

Same path as described above and then “no call diversion“ or diversion to voice mail.

General information:

With the above functions you have the possibility to inform the switching centre of your provider that you want to divert all incoming calls to an ofitel-number.

When diverting your calls you can chose which of your ISDN-number you want to divert and to which number it should be forwarded. The call diversion is carried out directly by the switching centre to the receiver requested. Thus your line is still available. If you have several ISDN-numbers, you can divert single numbers. A caller can still reach you via the number which has not been diverted. You bear the costs for the diversion as if you called this number yourself.
